WHO WE ARE
Persone Come Noi is a NGO for solidarity and international cooperation with developing countries recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Law 49/87 and is a Non-Profit Organization under Law 662 / 96.
It's an independent organization for the defense and protection of children's rights. Founded in 2001, currently operates in 11 countries around the world.
LEADING PRINCIPLES
Persone Come Noi bases every action on the concept of the centrality of the right of every human being to a decent life outside of the dynamics related to extreme poverty and lack of development affected by inequality in the organization of a global community that respects every human being.
WE BELIEVE THAT
In addition to any practical and concrete action we believe it's essential to strengthen the awareness and knowledge of people, on the basis of the belief that the information itself may consist in a general ideological change at the base of a world organization more suitable for every human being.
WHAT WE WORK FOR
We work to contribute to a concrete change that would result in that every human being is out of extreme poverty, hunger, exploitation, disease, illiteracy and lack of basic rights; we work to meet the emergencies created as a result of natural disasters or conflicts, to help the disabled and marginalized people, for the rights of women and for transparency.
